SPIKES Twelay Header
The fun and games of the 2017 IAAF World Relays does not end on the track. It’s time to show your support with the SPIKES World Twelay!
The IAAF World Relays will determine the finest relay teams on the planet, and naturally we want to find out which nation has the best cheer squad. So while the squads are battling it out at Nassau’s Thomas A. Robinson Stadium, we want you to show your support by joining the SPIKES World #Twelay (that’s Twitter relay, in case you hadn’t worked that one out).
This is how it works. Post your messages of support on social media using the hashtag #Twelay + the three letter code of the country you’re supporting. To give you a helping hand, head THIS WAY to download your team’s SPIKES World Twelay poster.
So if you are a fan of the Belgian team, download the poster featuring the Belgian flag and use #TwelayBEL to spread the love, for Jamaica it’s #TwelayJAM, Austalia #TwelayAUS, and so on. There’s also a poster for you to show your support for the Athletes Refugee Team, which can be cheered on using #TwelayART.
At the end of the competition, we’ll work out which nation’s Twelay hashtag was used the most to determine the SPIKES Golden Twelay Baton winner. There might even be a treat for a lucky fan in this, too 😉.
